壓縮機(jī)之容調(diào)系統(tǒng)是利用油壓來(lái)控制，若溫度低，油粘度高；立即啟動(dòng)壓縮機(jī)可能會(huì)使容調(diào)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)作不順暢，故在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行前，需預(yù)加熱約8小時(shí)左右再開機(jī)。容調(diào)系統(tǒng)由一個(gè)容調(diào)滑塊、三個(gè)電磁閥及一組容調(diào)油壓活塞組成�？烧{(diào)節(jié)的范圍有25%、50%、75%、100%。利用油壓活塞推動(dòng)容調(diào)滑塊，壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，油壓推動(dòng)活塞，借助電磁閥的動(dòng)作，控制油活塞的定位。而電磁閥則由系統(tǒng)的溫度來(lái)控制�？刂迫菡{(diào)活塞的油系統(tǒng)從機(jī)殼的儲(chǔ)油槽中，以壓差的方式送入。經(jīng)油過濾器后，用一支毛細(xì)管限流再送入油缸。若油過濾器阻塞或毛細(xì)管阻塞會(huì)造成容調(diào)動(dòng)作失敗。同理，如果電磁閥故障，也會(huì)有同樣的情況發(fā)生。各容調(diào)電磁閥的得電失電情況見圖Compressor displacement regulating system is utilized to control the pressure, if the temperature is low, the high oil viscosity; immediately start the compressor may make a capacity adjusting system action is not smooth, so in the system operation, pre heating for about 8 hours and then boot.
